If you are Tax Exempt:

<li aria-level="1" style="font-weight: 400;">You must provide us with a photocopy of your documentation showing that you are exempt. (the document must be completely filled out including ID number)</li>
<li aria-level="1" style="font-weight: 400;">The document is then submitted to our Finance Department for approval.</li>
</ul>
What happens when I am approved?

<li aria-level="1" style="font-weight: 400;">If approved the tax exemption will apply to all future orders placed under the email address provided.</li>
<li aria-level="1" style="font-weight: 400;">Please kindly note that if you have previous orders that you would like to have the taxes refunded, the order must be within the last 30 days of the approval.</li>
<li aria-level="1" style="font-weight: 400;">Once you place any future orders (under the email provided), please reach back out with your order number(s), so we can go ahead and refund the taxes.</li>
